The Embassy will conduct a consular outreach in TURKU, FINLAND on 05-06 June 2026. Interested applicants may avail of the following services:
-Passport Application (new, renewal and replacement of lost passport)
-Civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage)
-Application for NBI Clearance (Fingerprinting)
-Notarial services
-Dual Citizenship
-Overseas Voter Registration (walk-in, please bring a printed copy of your valid Philippine Passport and accomplish survey https://forms.gle/2Lu1ExcY1UR4ekH89)

The Embassy will email applicants of their appointment schedule and further instructions.
Applicants with confirmed appointments will be given priority.
The Migrant Workers Office-London will also provide the following services:
-Employment Contract Registration
-Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) issuance
-Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) membership registration/renewal
-Consultation on labor and welfare-related concerns
